do you daydream all the time

hey mylotters,do you suffer from daydreaming.people say its a bad habbit but till now i couldn't figure out why do they say so.i always daydream to be frank.and i never face any problem doing so.what about you.
do you think it is bad to do so.

I day dream alot. I cant control it. I do it worse when im driving and luckily it hasn't caused me an accident but did cause me a ticket once. When i day dream i dont focus on anything else. They say the reason you daydream is you lack alot of love in some areas.
