I do let my children watch TV but It has to be noggin. I think its a very educational channel and the shows are just adorable.. I have my youngest watch the baby einstein dvds. Those are great too. My 3 year old loves the wonderpets and blues clues the best..

yay! The Wonderpets! My son loves the team work song! I don't really let my son watch the shows if they aren't educational... I don't allow him to watch Sponge Bob so now, whenever he sees Sponge Bob, he says, "Sponge Bob is bad. We don't watch sponge bob." It's hard to explain to a 2-year-old that it isn't bad, but we just don't watch it. Some people do and that's OK. :)

yes i think its a very good learning experience for kids depending on what they watch. my kids mostly watched cartoons and sesame street. but my grandkids love spongebob (which i can not understand at all) and I think its called Dora explorer? something like that.

My kids do watch TV, but I watch it with them. They can watch my themselves, if I have seen it before. PBS is great. My kids also enjoy the Disney channel, family channel, discovery channel and lately Nick. Least favorite is Nick for me. Although the actual shows are pretty good at the right time of day. They are so full of commercials it's annoying. Not commercials to encourage thinking out of the box or getting outside to play, but just plain old commercials to sell, sell, sell. Not to mention the previews for shows that are meant for older kids during younger kids shows.

Yeah, Nick is my least favorite too. I think Yo Gabba Gabba is the only show they watch on that... I think that's on Nick, ha I don't know.
