is it right to use cell phone during driving?

if you drive a car or bike, do you like to use cell phone during the driving? actually i do not like this. if i got any call during that time i avoid that, and when i reach my destination then i make a call that person.

Actually, I think that cell phones should be banned completely when your driving along with texting. Driving requires your full attention, you can't be paying attention to your driving if your busy gabbing on the phone or typing. If it's that urgent, pull off the road. In italy is illegal drive with cellphone...and for me is true! This is causes crashes!
