Good thing you still have time to rest...or do you?
As it's keeping you up late and maybe even robbing you of precious time to sleep, I sure hope your online job is very rewarding.
Stay healthy and Happy myLotting, skyblue!

Same here, Ted3_uk, except for the extremely rare magical days when the stars seem perfectly aligned that I could easily fall asleep once I go to bed.
How's your sleeping habits changing, by the way? Any difference?
Thanks for your sharing and Happy myLotting!

If its not my extra work that is keeping me up, its watching movies. My husband loves to watch movies, and he prefers to watch them with me (of course.. hehehe. I meant, he doesn't like watching alone). So he waits for me until after work before we go to watch movies or rent dvds and watch it at home.

My son has been waking up with a wet diaper in the middle of the night and once I"m up I'm up. I only feel tired enough to go back to sleep say maybe an hour before the kids get up for the day.

I usually sleep at around 12 midnight or 1 am. I guess it has become a habit of mine and my body is accustomed to sleep at such time. Usually I just watch cable tv while I do online things such as posting here in mylot and updating my blog. If I sleep early I find it hard to sleep. So usually I just wait around until I am sleepy, that would be by midnight. Usually when there is no problem, we develop a certain sleeping habit if I am not mistaken. This is perhaps the reason why I get to sleep at such hour. Even when I am very tired at work, I still sleep at the same time, but I no longer go online since I do not have the energy to think what to write or what to do. I just watch movies until I feel sleepy.

my child. he doesn't wake me up or anything. he knows there's going to be trouble if he rouses me up. it's just that he leaves the bedroom door ajar while my husband works online almost all night. i'm a light sleeper and lights just wakes me up.

Hi! The only time I find it hard to sleep is when I have coffee in late afternoon or I'm reading the book that I'm so into it and I don't even bother to put down the book for a while, lol. Apart from these I am fine when it comes of getting sleep.

Hello friend,
I am into a lot of things these days. I have become active in blogging, I have to prepare for an examination and I am into playing a lot of online chess. Hence, a combination of these things is keeping me up till late at night these days.I hope I get out of this schedule soon and catch up on the lost sleep.

I have always had trouble sleeping at night. Even when I was a kid I did not sleep very well at all. I am usually up til atleast midnite on the computer, and then I watch tv for an hour or more before I get tired enough to fall asleep. I am lucky if I fall asleep before one in the morning. When I finally do fall asleep, I usually wake up once or twice in the middle of the night.

My schedule has gone all haywire lately. I get up late, so i sleep late, so I get up late. Its a vicious cycle i am trying to break but finding it difficult to. I mean if i get sleep at 6 in the morning, ofcourse im going to sleep in till 2 in the afternoon. And if i sleep till 2 in the noon, no ways am i going to get sleep till really late at night.

Sometimes I stay up late because I am reading. Sometimes it's because I am on the computer. Sometimes it's because I am having trouble breathing. (There are nights I wake up and I can't get enough air in and I am uncomfortable. I am going to the doc to see if he will give me an asthma test)

Besides on every second Wednesday when I am at Choir practice and cannot watch LOST until ten and CSI New York until midnight, and when two shows come on simultaneously on two channels and I have to watch the second one in a different time zone, it is my husband. He had a stroke and needs me to help him get to bed and he wants to stay up until midnight or one am, because he used to work Afternoon.
He also thinks that we just need six hours sleep (I wonder what is that stupid web site he read it on, it certainly was not Web Md.) but he does not realize that I have to have at least seven hours of sleep and I hate having to catch up in the afternoon when I could be doing something else.

My boyfriend keeps me up...and I don't want to sleep because it's my only free time til work again which I feel like I spend all my time. Sometimes a good book or food. And many times mylot. I love to sleep though, and although I used to have insomnia I have learned to just stay up until I just can't anymore...I usually get three to four hours a night.

Battlestar Galactica was for a while, but now it's gone. Now it's just South Park and these really terrible pains in my right leg. I seem to only sleep for about 2 hours and then the ibuprofen stops working and I wake up and soak it in hot water and then ice it and then soak and then eat more pills and then soak and stretch and ice and soak and then try to sleep for a couple of more hours. My liver hates me.
