i feel like sleeping all the time

too much of anything is bad....and same is true about sleep, very less of it also affects health, but 8 hours sleep is sufficient, in the afternoon also if you want to sleep it should not be immediately after having your food. Some things become our habit if we do it everyday...same is true about sleeping.

yes i am trying to cut down, thanks friend for the response
afternoon only when i am at home i sleep
otherwise i dont get to sleep
yes 8 hours sleep is must not more than that

Sleeping is a mechanism to recharge our body after a long tiring activities. So, every body needs sleeping.
You should know your sleeping habit. When do you usually sleep at night? What time do you usually wake up in the morning? Scientist say people need 6-8 hours of sleep a day. Lack of 1-2 hours of sleep can cause the sleepiness for half day, maybe this is one of the causes in your case.
I used to sleep easily,too. Anytime, anywhere. It was because I was lack of sleep. When the sleepiness came, I tried to find activities to do and the most effective one is chatting or talking to other people. As when talking with people, we need to be attentive and this will keep us awake.

Hey ruby do you take vitamins. Sometimes we tends not to sleep when our body is telling you to rest. So at least try and get the eight hrs sleep that is recommended for the human body. But please take some vitamins if this does not work talk with your doctor.

i guess its a very bad habit.do you exercise or not?sometimes this habit of yours or in general just makes you weak..maybe its symptoms of what your feeling..do you work?if not, then you have to change your life.live a healthy life,God bless..
