The "Job Hunt Oz Factor" - - What do you think?

I have found that employers usually want to know your Oz Facotr: -- if you have the brains for their work (can understand what is expected and can deliver); -- the heart to get along with staff and customers and -- courage to be honest and reliable. Together they make up what we call here the Oz Factor. In fact I have wriotten a couple of ebooks on the topic. What do you think? Does this put together what employers are looking for in your experience? Is it a handy thing to remember or just corny? Your thoughts?
