i think the original My Sassy Girl movie did made me cry... i feel sad about the girl who lost her fiancé. i think i can relate to it... it's not easy to lose someone you love but you have to accept it for it is the only way to move on.

I watched the Japan movie departures on Monday and I cried twice during watching the film. The film is a very touching one and the background music enhanced the emotion and make you uncontrollably cry for it. I highly recommand this film.

Nothing lately, but Bridges of Madison County always does the trick.

I cant think of any off the bat. imostly get sad about animal movies. Marley and me was a movie I did not see because I know the end of it would have made me really sad. I cant think of any other movies that would have really made me want to cry. This is not really good to cry at the movies.

I guess I'm just really an emotional person, and sad movies really make me shed tears. But when my boyfriend and I watched the Pursuit of Happyness, he admitted that it hit him hard, because he's going through a lot ever since their older sister was diagnosed with a rare disease and eventually a tumor in her pituitary gland, and he has to make a living for his family ever since. They used to be well-off. But when his dad passed on, they had to sell everything: car, house and lot, furniture, even clothes. He was only eleven then. Later on,his mom retired early coz there's no one to take care of their sister, he had to stop college and had to work from then on although he's the youngest among three siblings. Then 3 years ago, her other sister, the middle child, got pregnant. Now, he has to feed himself plus 3 adults and 1 three-year old, and he's only 25. But he said that there's still hope, just like in that movie. He got promoted as a Team Leader in their company - one of the top call centers here, almost 2 years ago, and he's still moving forward, working hard, trying to pursue 'happyness' for them. ^_^
