Will you go to your Office in TIME? tell the Truth!!!

I will go to office in time but some times i will be late and i will work more hours to cover my late.Do you go to your office in time daily?please tell the truth as so many won't tell the truth.I'm just asking and let me know how many are going late to their offices daily and will you compensate your late?

Oh good Lancer that you are perfect at time and you are disciplined about that and i appreciate that.I too will try to be in time and if i strucked in traffic i will call them and inform about the problem i am in and its nice to hear from you that you will in time to your office dear.Keep smiling and happy mylotting dear.

Late is a sin in our company. No choice I need to be there on time. Wow! We are only allowed to commit threee lates in every quarter if and only if you are a regular employee. Otherwise, you will be terminated. Aside from that we are logging in the phone, so no grace period is allowed. They are so strict when it comes to time. "Time is Gold" a favorite tagline of our company. They rather want you to be absent than late. Thank you.

Wow!your office rules are very strict as per timings and logins.anyways one will get punctuality and discipline if works in such type of companies.really one should have minimum 1 year experience in the companies like yours so that they will be disciplined and punctual at their tasks dear.good job!carry on forward dear all the best.

Hello Sweetychandu,to tell you the truth I hate to go to office and work 9 hours in a day.I also have the habit of getting up late in the morning,but thank God our office hour is flexible.I can go in different shift if I get late or caught up in work but ofcourse this doesn't mean I can come back home early but I have to compensate those hours I had misses in the morning, and do my work untill I complete them.Have a lovely day!

Hahha thats everyone does dear doesn't likes to go to office and i'm glad you are frank in this.if every office provides shifts it will be good so that one can completes his/her work of his own timings but some times we have to exactly in time when client is onsite and for meetings or if we have to give any training to trainees.anyways you are enjoying the life as well as your work thats kool!all the best dear

For myself the answer is yes.I just be late for once since I worked from July last year.That day I was catched cold,so I was late.Be a new staff,I'm strict with myself.

i appreciate your frankness dear and if we are suffering with ill its reasonable that we many or can come late to office as we have permission for that.Some people comes late and they will tell that they got some stomach pain,headache etc to cover their late and to get avoid scoldings from their boss and it will be fun doing such things.anyways please take care of your health and be strict yourself as you always be.

I'll always be early to office. If I go late, then I work for extra hours. I'll compensate on the same day.
