The strangest sandwich I have ever had was a carrot sandwich. Sound weird I know, but it's actually quite good. Firts you peel and grate a carrot, then you mix it with a little maynaise and pepper and put it between 2 slices of toast. I was surprised when I tried it that it was actually good.

I've never had this sandwich but a friend of mine eats peanut butter pickle sandwiches!

My mom used to love those! She would get those big white Japanese radishes, slice them up and eat them on buttered bread. I think that is just gross, but I don't like radishes.

I have a few weird things (well my hubby thinks they are weird).
Honey and cheese sandwiches - don't knock it until you try it.
Cheese and onion flavoured chips with cheese spread.

My favourite weird sandwich is beetroot and mintsauce, I discovered it as a teenager when I decided I wanted to eat something which was made up of my two favourite colours which happen to be green and purple!

I like ketchup sandwiches, not sure about the mustard though. I love banana and mayonaisse.
