When I worked for company that made orthotics I saw a lot of old women who wore only high-heeled shoes and they had so many problems as a result. Some could no longer put their heel to the floor when they took their shoes off.

We went to Niagara Falls with friends from Holland and our friend wore high heels to walk in. I don't know how she did it.

The last time I wore heels they were platform shoes and I fell. I was 5 months pregnant with twins. I never wore high heels again. Most of my shoes are flat heeled, but I have a few that have about an inch or more of a heel.

sneakers! I have two little ones and I have to be able to chase them. They are quick as lightening.

I see women wearing high heels chasing little ones around and I have to snicker at how foolish they look and at the fact that they are fooling themselves into believing that they are not going to be effected physically from wearing the shoes rather than sneakers or sensible shoes. Huggers to you.

I would seriously injure myself chasing after my little ones in heels. The family went roller skating the other Sunday. The girls did great...mom...not such a pretty picture...*LOL*

My former employer would not allow sneakers to be worn to work. I wore them anyway. I said, hey, if they aren't dirty or cheesy why not. Besides my feet felt good and if your feet feel good all is right with the world.

I pretty much have too many shoes...honestly, i'd live in FLIPFLOPS if i could get away with i.
sneakers are nice, but i'd wear high heels more, cuz i can run in high heels (i wore 4 inch heels and went and chilled at georgetown university today), and im short-ish.

Um... where's barefoot? LOL
If I HAVE to wear something... I'd go with sneaks.

I do not wear heals at all. I always wear my sneakers. I am always on the go and doing stuff that is usually with my kids, or with kids. High heals would not cut it for soccer or basketball practice, or for going on hikes with the kids, or things like that.

I prefer to wear sneakers since my disability. Before that I enjoyed wearing high heels. I do miss wearing them.

The only time that I've ever worn high heels is when my husband has taken me to some fancy place; those times I can count on one hand...
Last time I wore a pair was to my daughter's wedding and of course, I found a pair that I adored and couldn't do without. The heels were so high that I was almost in tears when I walked down the aisle. Never, never again...lol

I would also wear sneakers all the time if I could. Not only are they a lot more comfortable than heels, but I think that a lot of them are really cute. Cuter than a lot of heels I've seen in fact.

I hate high heels. THe only moment I get to wear high heels is when I'm attending a formal party. I'm just not comfortable in wearing it. I'm more into sneakers. I'm into sports and sneakers would really do me good. Even in my daily ordinary life, I wear sneakers more if I'm not wearing any flip flops. :)
