Yes, you can do as same activies as an verificated account, but the sending money limit is different. be careful about that. if you receive a big money, you need to verify your account first.

I have paypal and I do not have a credit card, they have my bank account so they can transfer money into my account. I haven't purchased anything online yet though.

Yes you can use your paypal account even if its not verified. You cant, however, transfer money from paypal to your bank.

The only problem is you cannot cash out the amount if you are not verified. They do not practise issuing of cheques, I supposed.

With an unverified paypal account, you wouldn't be able to purchase online since most sites would want paypal accounts to be verified. Limited purchasing privileges I guess but, you can still send money through paypal none-the-less.
