I fully agree with you. I know women who never wear a bra and it isn't a pretty. Not to mention that as they get older gravity pulls.

Well, it most likely depends on the size of the woman's chest, and on the place she works. If she has a small rack and works at a relatively casual place (like a music store or as a waitress) then it might not be necessary, but if her size is bigger or she works a high-profile corporate gig or something, it would be best not to show things off, if you know what I mean.

My personal opinion is that it is improper, judging from the secretarial schooling I had in the past that the professor I had explained in detail what's appropriate for professional work attire. Although if a woman is not big (if you know what I mean), she could probably get away with it and no one would know if she was not wearing a bra if in hot weather she made sure she wore clothing that was not backless, like halters, etc.

Definitely! A woman in the workplace should wear a bra. It is proper etiquette for a woman to wear a bra in the workplace and would not be considered ladylike if not worn.

Thanks for you comment Tia. I have worked with people who chose not to wear a bra....and it is not appropriate.

I am sorry but bouncy boobs don't cut it. Keep those puppies undercover.

Im all for a woman going braless if she chooses. Who in her workplace has the right to dictate what underwear she has on.

Mine comes off long before nightfall, unless I have to go out into public.

Yes women should always wear bras to work. I know my nipples tend to get hard a lot and who wants to look at that all day???

good question. i think it depends on how big her boobs are. if they're gonna be flopping in the wind then a bra is good.but if they are so small that there is hardly no "show" then i guess as long as she is comfortable its good.

I am very busty and I can not even leave to check the mail with out a bra. I know that women that have smaller and perky boobs can go bra-less without a problem, but if it is noticeable that they are not wearing one, I think that is discusting. I think that if they are in the workplace and it is causing a distraction, then yes they should wear one.

In order to gain respect you have to earn it. Drawing negative attention to ones self is not gaining respect.

it depends upon the individual. If she is comfortable without a bra, she is most welcome. Personnaly, I feel wearing a bra is not needed. :)

It doesn't matter if a person feels okay without a bra, it is the people she works with.

Well if you only focus on one thing pertaining to a woman's features you have problems.
