What to do with pure alcohol

Long story short, I know how to make alcohol, probably not completely pure, but pretty good. For making potassium nitrate. Long story there too. Anyway, I was wondering what else I could do with this alcohol. I'm not stupid enough to drink it, but I wondered if you could make it safe enough to drink by mixing small amounts with some other sort of drink to make a primitive sort of wine/beer. Possible? I've currently got some spare stuff from when I last made it and I don't want it to go to waste, and would preferably like to use it for something...consumable ;)
