If we take two hours out of 24 hours just to think about us then are we selfish?

well, maybe selfish before, but now i can say that i'm not only working and living for myself, but also for my family. and now i'm happy with nonselfish and i'm happy. sometimes being selfish may make someone feel painful. so i think little about myself and do more for others.

well i think there's a situation we tend to become selfish if too much abuse being done to us. In my part i dont think i am selfish because if i made that to my family then they are not my priority to my daily life. They are the one first before my self in any things that comforts them.

Thinking of ourselves for only two hours a day does not make us selfish. In fact one must take care of himself or herself before being able to tend to others. If we don't worry about our own health and well being we will be in non condition to care for those around us. As our children and other family members tend to become more independent we will need to know what it is that we want to do with our own lives. Taking time for ourselves now will prepare us for that when the time comes.

YES MED, some how we find ourselves selfish. And the best reason is that even two hrs of 24 hrs we again try to think about ourselves. In we talk more about others but try to compare them with us ans always try to prove ourself better than others. Any its a life and other comes after ourself.
