Did you share your personal E-mail id with anyone on mylot?

I not only became online friends with a few mylotters but have spoken to a few on the phone too. I chat online with some mylotters everyday.

No I have not as you don't know where it will lead,we can only hope those we converse with are a ok people and are telling the truth but like most things in life you have to guard your own personal details just in case.No offence anyone just too long in the tooth I guess.xx

I have only got 1-2 emails address from mylot friends here.. haha =D ANd both of them are quite active in mylot as well ^_^ THus, most of the time, i will be chatting with them in mylot rather than thru email.. EMail only acts as a back up if mylot were to stop its services in the future ^_^ Also i do have some contact numbers from mylot frenz as well ^_^ haha

Sometimes I share it, it depends on who it is and if I've known them a while, and I feel like I can trust them.

Hey rajifoe! Yes! I have shared my email address with many of my mylot friends! And we do speak off the Lot! I have become quite close to some of the friends that I have made here on mylot and we do speak to each other sometimes in emails or chats! I have been here now 9 months! The friendships that I have made here are very important to me and I value them a great deal and that is why we have exchanged email addresses!

I have sent and received personal messages from and to my friends here at MyLot but to date I have not given anyone my personal email address. Although I am very wary of posting my email on posts, there is no real reason no one has my email address. I log onto MyLot every day so it is just as easy to communicate via PM right here.

I havent given my personal email to anyone I have met online, here at mylot or anywhere else. I am not all to trusting anymore; I wait a good long while before I feel good enough to give even my instant messenger screen-name.

I have shared my e-mail with a few members on myLot, but only via private message. I wouldn't put my e-mail address on posts though. It could be so easily spammed by the spiders that harvest e-mail addresses that are left in public places on the web. - Derek

I'm not much for chatting, I'm too busy to take time for that. I have myLot emails coming to one of my working email accounts and I answer personal messages but I'm not particularly close to anyone here although I'm fond of many.
