sleeping music

RnB and soul music will be my kind of music whenever i want to sleep with a music in my backgound.

Normally i hear country folks song to sleep yea .

Light music too.In ten minutes i almost snore...

Hello there billgatexp. For me, i love to hear country and lullabies when i wanted to sleep or relax in my room. It makes me sleepy than going rock or the not so slow type of music. Also, having music before drifting unto sleep is a good way for me to have sleep. But music doesn't make me sleep every time. So i tend to read or watch to have my sleep.

I really love listening to classical piano and violin quartets. It really soothes me, I was like listening to it all day long, whenever i want to relax, i'll just sit at my piano and play mozart's and satie's piece. Man, you got to hear this one, It can really make you feel relax and a lil bit emotional. Erik Satie - Gnossiene no.1 try to listen at it. it is a great experience.

one of my favorites is this song "Ocaso de un Parpadeo" ...from VELULA is such a beautiful song ... it's around 10 minutes long ... but every second is perfectly matched with the next one. www.iacmusic.com/velula it's the second song ... also "Lejos de Mirar el Tiempo" ... is a perfect atmosferic one :)
