lately with everything that has been going on in my life i havent been working out the most i have been doing is walking because i have to walk to do things around my house, i dont need to lose weight or anything but i miss working out because now my muscles are all messed up i need to tighten them up agian mainley my belly because i had 4 children and my belly is not tight any more and that bothers me, my husband thinks i am crazy because for my hight i am under weight so he thinks i dont need to work out.

Work out is not 0nly meant for weightlos, its for making you fit and improving body posture, which also include gaining weight sometimes. As you mentioned you don't have weight according to your height, work out can help in gaining weight as well toning muscles.happy myloting

You should work out, not only to get a great body but also to have a healthy body :)
It doesn't really matter if your underweight - I was underweight too, I was like 50kg lol now am 65kg Those protein shakes are good for gaining weight and body mass.
Just work out, your husband will be amazed with your new great body *wink lol, but don't overdo it lol
