is it worth to purchase the bux.to refferal program?

Hello friends ,
I am not able to earn much thro' PTR/PTC and planning to add some refferals by buying some members from bux.to...which offers 15 members for 19 USD.Is it worth it actually and will all the 25 members work towards my profit...any of u have experienced it?
I dont find time to actually post links and advertise myself!

I would wait until the site gets back on track with their payments (if that ever happens) before investing in it. I bought an upgrade package and a referral package when the site launched in the summer of 2007. Fortunately, I've made (and received) my investment back plus $40, however I have been waiting since March of last year for my last payment request. Supposedly, they are taking care of payment requests from 13-14 months ago.
