Why do you think Nicole losses passion on her case against Daniel Smith?

I was surprised about it. I thought she gonna continue the case and will want to rot Daniel Smith in jail coz the latter raped her. But what's going on now? What do you think happened? Did they paid nicole a huge amount of money to halt the case? If yes then it will only mean that Nicole was just a social climber from the very beginning and she only wants money. I even heard on the news that she's in USA now.. I don't want to judge but I already smells it the day I heard it on the news. And the media makes it worst.. I was disappointed coz why are they giving this a lot of attention when there are lots of rapes issues on children and some of the rapist are there own fathers and relatives..
