Hi Shravan, hope you are doing fine. Well am not sure, what exactly you wish to know with your question here. However, I think you are talking about the recession effect on IT industry. Well, the situations are very bad and can worsen later ahead. Both in terms of Employers, and employee. Employers are worried about how to survive, their company, both in terms of projects, money and goodwill. Where Big IT Giants are not getting good new projects with the price they use to get earlier, small IT companies are shutting down their shutters day by day. So here in small IT companies Employers are getting effected directly along with their employees. In case of big giants, they are effected, but atleast they are open, and surviving. Now coming to Employees, either they are working in Big IT companies, or small companies, in both the cases, they are afraid of loosing Jobs. Still those who are best in their field, are assured of their jobs being safe, and those who have low scale of knowledge are really worried about their future.
