hey all any one knows the reciepe of momos,i love to eat momos but here in agra i cant find momos anywhere,can anyone please tell me the reciepe .

No problem. Sounds kinda good... is it basically a dumpling of sorts? I like the dumplings they have at the Chinese buffet nearby... I was going to say I don't have a steamer but if you can fry them I could maybe give it a whirl

Momos are easy... what the ingredient for the stuffing is as follows
1) Minced pork/minced chicken
2) chopped onions
3) chopped carrots
4) a little oil mixed in it.
Mix it well..
You need to have a steamer...
Make flour doughs... and make small flat round shaped... with flour... like a paratha... but very small in size.. but it has to be very thin.... and then put the stuffing in each small circle. and fold in shape of momo and dip little water with one finger to make it stick..
And the final result... steam it or fry it according to your wish...
