Christians always tell us that if we want to be saved, We need to accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior, But reading the Bible we find out the The God Himself spoke in the book of Isaiah, Hundreds of Years before Jesus and said: [Isaiah 43:9 KJV] Let all the nations be gathered together, and let the people be assembled: who among them can declare this, and shew us former things? let them bring forth their witnesses, that they may be justified: or let them hear, and say, It is truth. [Isaiah 43:10 KJV] Ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me. [Isaiah 43:11 KJV] I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no saviour. How it comes That Jesus Is the Lord and the Savior, While The God Himself spoke in His Book and made it Clear that: God is the God Alone. Before Him there was no other God. After Him there will be no other God. And beside Him there is no saviour. All of These Verses were and still very clear, Hundreds of Years before Jesus, before the crucifixion.

Very good Gordano. Everyday the Jews say a prayer from Deuteronomy that says Hear O' Israel, the Lord is G'd The Lord is One. It is much longer than that, but that is how it starts. Once again, G'd tells us that there is only one G'd and He is IT! Also, the point that G'd was making when He told Abraham to sacrifice his son and then told him not to, was that we were never to sacrifice our children under any condition. Do you really think that He would sacrifice one of His children after that, if He did not want us to do it? It Doesn't make sense to me. Shalom~Adoniah

Excellent Adoniah.Your writing has really touched hearts and souls of many readers like me.This is what Islam teaches us.....that the biggest virtue is Monotheism and the biggest/unforgivable sin is Plytheism. All the original divine books invited people to this Truth......but unfortunately we lost that treasure when some people changed the word of one God Almighty.

I know that it appears contradictory- but it really isn't. Unfortunately, there is just too much to it, to put it all here. And being that I can't copy and paste yet, makes it much worst. Nevertheless, I will just scrape the surface of it and perhaps that will shed a little light on certain facts in regards to this subject. Hopefully it will clear some things up for some of the readers. First of all, the New Testament identifies Jesus Christ himself, as "THE GOD" of the Old Testament: Please see, (1 Corinthians 10:1-4). We are told that not only was Jesus with God the Father in the beginning, but that He Himself was a God (being His Son or God the Son) apart from God the Father: Please see, (John 1:1-2,14). And notice the PLURALITY in the creation record (Genesis 1:26) in regards to the words "us" and "our", which also indicates Christ was with the Father since the very beginning just as it says here in John. So according to the above scriptures in John, Christ was "the Word"- or the spokesperson for the Godhead or God Family. He was the only one that directly communicated The Father's wishes and Will, to man. God the Father communicated to man, through his Son Jesus Christ, the Word or spokesperson: Please see, (John 4:34; 5:30,36). Moses "did not" See nor Talk with God The Father in the OT, but rather with Jesus Christ. No one ever knew the Father existed- but Jesus Christ "DECLARED" Him! Please See, (John 1:18). The GOD they thought was the "one and only God", was actually God the Son, and so it was Jesus that made known to them that their was yet another personality (other than the OT God that they all knew) known as "God the Father"- The Supreme Ruler. Not even Abraham communicated with The Father, but rather with Jesus Christ, because NO ONE had ever known Him. Please see, (John 8:54-58). So in Isaiah chapter 43, we need to go to verse ONE to get the true identity of this God. In this verse, this God identifies Himself as the CREATOR of Jacob and Israel. And in The New Testament we are told that Jesus Christ created EVERYTHING: (John 1:13 and Colossians 1:16), so this God is Jesus Christ! Jesus Christ, The OT God, was prophesying about Himself in Isaiah 43. He prophesied about himself being FORMED! This is alluding to himself being formed just as man was- into flesh and blood. He also rightly claims the titles of Redeemer and Saviour. Please compare, (Isaiah 43:11,14 with Acts 4:12). He also claims the titles of Lord, Holy One and King- See (Isaiah 43:15). These titles rightly belong to none other than Jesus Christ: Please compare with, (Revelation 17:4 & 19:16; Mark 1:24; Acts 2:27; and 1John 2:20). So there are no contradictions here. Jesus Christ WAS the OT God. When He was here on earth in man's form, He DECLARED- or made known- God the Father.

The question posed had to do with the Bible and so all I've done is quote the Bible. It's pointless to reason on anything beyond the Biblical realm when the answers are expected to come from within the Bible itself. Interesting thoughts though...

Funny you should mention Isaiah since that book itself prophesies Jesus all the best urban

The story of Jesus is just that, a Story! And its been turned into the Biggest Richest Business the world has ever seen. Christianity is a Scam for sure, because there is not, and has never been a single piece of Scientific evidence indicating Jesus ever lived in Palestine. Myriads of Archeologists, have been digging for Hundreds of years trying to uncover just one piece of evidence proving the life of Jesus existed. But even though Jesus is purported to have been the greatest Teacher, and Exemplary Leader the world has ever seen, and even though there were many scholars in Palestine at this time, who would have recorded his life had it happened, and even though Jesus was supposed to have had many Followers, not one artifact, or single shard of pottery with evidence of his life has ever been found. How could Humanity completely ignore such a wonderful Teacher, Great leader, and the only Savior the human race has ever had.

In the Bible HE only says that word before God the Father creator of all things. Because God the Father and Jesus Christ our Lord is only one and who ever believes in Jesus Christ our Lord will not perish but have an eternal Life. Because in the Bible it says I am the way the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father Except through me. (John 14:6). See Jesus is the only way and God is our Savior :)

To be honest I think I'm a saviour to myself. I've had so much to deal with and so much to pull through and I've come out the other end a far better person. I dont see it as a divine power or anything. I take the credit for all of it as I've worked so hard.
