I like and dislike him at the same time. What bothers me is he no longer holds a license to give people therapy. He lost it from what I heard. Now he is still giving therapy to people when he shouldn't.
I do like his no nonsense approach to helping his guests. He is straight and to the point.

Some days I like him & some days I don't. If I were his wife, I'd be there every day also. She's trying to keep her face on TV to help sell her book. I imagine it is partly to offset the rumors that they are in the process of getting a divorce. Their son, Jay is the producer of the daily medical show The Doctors.

Not knowing them personally, I can't swear that they are getting a divorce!!! I just know there are rumors that they were getting a divorce. Best way to stop an unfounded rumor is to prove otherwise!!! The Doctors is very informative....good one day & lousy the next. Robin & Phil are both on that show frequently.

In general I am not a fan of pop psychology, and he practices it, so I'm not really a fan of him.

Hi corona, I like him, and yet I kinda don't.
I like alot of his to the point advice to people.
I also think he's pretty funny when he jokes around .
Sometimes It looks like he's gotten too full of himself though.
I feel the same way about Oprah. I like to turn both their shows on
to see what they are going to be about , many times I shut it off.
I just often think they have gotten too big , or at least they think they are
too big , they seem to be full of themselves anymore .

I like and dislike Dr. Phil. I like the way he helps people. He's straight to the point and doesn't suger coat anything! I alos like that he's wife is always there and that their marriage in still strong after all the time they have been in Hollywood! I don't like when Dr. Phil helps or tries to help people that don't or shouldn't need help! Example is Octomom! I know he means well but sometimes Dr. Phil doesn't know when to stop! That is what I think of Dr.Phil!
