My first language is Chinese, and i can speak English and little Germany, just a little.
I have learn English for many years, but i still couldnt do excellent in oral. One reason is there are no necessary to use it in my job,so i have no chance to exercise my oral English. Then i found mylot, and i can learn more from friends here, it's so happy thing!

English is my first language. I started taking Spanish in 7th grade and took it up through my freshman year of college. I also had the opportunity to travel to spain the summer before my senior year in high school. I'm from Southern California and so it is a good language to speak and understand. I was able to pick it up quickly as I began learning it at a young age but over the last several years I haven't been as exposed to it and it is amazing how quickly you can lose the skills and knowledge you learned over so many years.

I can speak english, having been born in england makes it rather essential to do so. I have a smattering of Italian, Portugese, German, Greek, Hebrew and French too, though really only enough of those to get about on a holliday rather than a full blown conversation.
