Have you ever had a terrible flying experience? If so.. What was the experience like? What happened on the aircraft? Did it cause you to fear flying again? My worse experience was when i was 6 I was flying to Spain through a thunderstorm one or the worst the country has ever seen, the turbulence was horrendous, the motion of the aircraft made me feel sick and most people on there, i don't recall anyone on the flight being calm even the cabin crew and pilot were weary and petrified.

I was nineteen years old and I was flying from London to Tunis and then on to Sfax. The weather was awful with thunder and much rain. There was an incredible amount of turbulence. i has coffee spilled all over me. I got terrible ear pain shortly before landing the first time and was sick everywhere the second time the plane landed. I felt so ill. I dropped my immigration card on the plane at the time of my sickness. I had locked my backpack and left the keys at home by mistake. So things didn't get any better for me that day. I felt happy again seeing my lovely hotel I was staying at on a lovely little island called Kerkennah.

I've been very lucky to not have any more problems than being asked to move about the plane to a different seat before take off, and the occasional bit of rough turbulance in the air. Otherwise I have to say everything has been rather good so far, and I really hope they continue to be too :)
