Less and less people could cook, they buy food from the fast food shop, or they have 3 meals in the restaurant. It looks like that the Chinese traditional food in on the way of vanishing.
Many of my friends donot know how to cook dishes, or what they cook is less of salt,or salty, or very bad and you cannot put the dishes into your mounth.

Yes, I can. I don't own a wok though. I lost my good one when I left my first husband so I am in need of replacing it, but I can cook. I really adore doing stir fry, but I can cook other things such as dumplings, steamed meatballs, and a few items I've learned off Cooking with Ming. (I love his cooking show).

I love chinese food and i love trying new dishes also.. its a bit different but once you get the hang of it ,it is fun. the soy sause is very salty so i try to use a low salt one. the only other thing is allot is breading and fryed so not always good for you.
