I saw a picture of Valerie Bertinelli in a bikini after her weight loss. She looks terrific. Her "before" numbers are similar to mine. We're the same height and our weight is close -- she was actually 7 pounds heavier than I am now. Since I'm always asking my husband if I'm bigger or smaller than people we see on TV or just out and about, I was happy to see her before and after pictures. Specially since they listed her weight and height. I'm much smaller than my mind's eye sees me. That alone should be incentive to lose weight and look even better, right?
