Interesting and true at least in my case.
I just found this article below:
http://healthandfitness.sympatico.msn.ca/News/ContentPosting?newsitemid=1666403032&feedname=CP-HEALTH&show=False&number=0&showbyline=True&subtitle=&detect=&abc=abc&date=False
it's about health signs that you can see from finger nails.
Bed of my finger nails are light pink but a bit white in the center. I am slightly anemic, so it fits. Sure is, anemia can lead to a more serious problem if I don't start paying attention about my health soon. For many months, my mind has been preoccupied with other things, I bought vitamins I never drink, I made schedules I never follow. It's time to get my health routines back.
What about your finger nails? what signs do you see?

only immediate health signs
not the entire condition
you still have to check with your physician

It is very hard to read fingernails. Maybe when people have significant changes to their nails, than association with sickens is obvious...

I am anemic as well. It's amazing how much we can tell just by our fingernails. If more people were aware of this, maybe some of their health problems could be caught before they got worse. I have taken iron pills before. When I was a child I was often anemic. They made me take liquid iron. It was so disgusting. I'll never forget how bad that tasted.

doctor in my homeland did that when I was a child
doctor here never does that to me but in my case he knows already I'm anemic
and I rarely go there because he has this weird-unhappy-looking receptionist

My old family doctor always used to check my nails when I went for a checkup...He would also do this thing where he would kind of pinch the nail a bit to see how fast the color came back to the pink of the nail

Guess I'm lucky then since my nails, according to that article indicate I'm A-OK...lol I do have one split nail though, but that was from an accident I had ages ago, and it never quite healed thoroughly so it remains split
