Hi all,
Can you share your experiences of selling something online? I never sell things online but I would like to give it a try in future. Where do you sell your stuff? Is it through E-Bay or your own website? How much shipping costs may involve when you deliver your goods overseas? What do you sell online and have you gain much profit from it? Thanks.

I sell video game systems through eBay. I make sure that the listing does not go overseas because shiping would eat me up. I make around 50 to 125 off each system. The best way to sell is through eBay I fell because it is hard to get another business name out there and if you want to sell big you need atleast a few hundred to get started.

I only sold such ebook, article and hosting online but never sell any product with shipment, so not able to share my experience here

No i did not sell anything on online. I don't know how to so it. I don't even like to buy anything from online because we can't know how it look or works till we get it in to our hand.

yup.. ive sold alot of things online... but not through ebay... i think ebay sux.. with the commission thingy.... but i use a subsidiary of ebay called kijiji... which is pretty good... you make your own deals with the buyer and arrange everything..... and most of the buyers are local based...so you dont need to pay postal charges as well....
