Getting Paid for this

So exactly how does this site work? It seems I have to spend a lot of time on this site just to get a few dollars. I wanna know if it's really worth my time.

Hi! Yes, I think it is worth your time. earning an extra of at least $10 is not bad. You can just do mylotting when you are vacant or while resting. you will enjoy reading then responding to discussions and starting your own discussion, and you are being paid with it. have fun!
