Anyone received second payment from Nomincashout

Hi, I joined nomincashout from a mylot friend. I clicked on 6 ads on the first day and requested for payment. Within 5 days I got 6 cents into my paypal account. The site has 10 ads per day. It says payout will increase by 1$ . so i clicked ads for 10days and reached 1$. I requested for payment and now it says you have insufficient funds. the payout increases by 3$. so you need 3$ to cashout..
Any one got their second payment fom Nomincashout....is it also a scam site???

I dont think it is a scam site.i have already received my first payment and one of my friends is about to reach the cashout limit.As u said first the cashout limit was $1 now it is $3.

I've requested for my first payout several days ago. I've heard that the payment has some delays but only for several days. I think it usually takes around ten days before you will receive your payout according also to some members that has been recently paid. I'm not sure if they are continuously paying now since they are upgrading the site. Hope it is not a scam site yet.

I received my first payment nicely and very quick too. I got stuck on second payout. The amount of my first payment is still recorded as pending payment in database. So I cannot request my 2nd payout. I contacted admin but there is no response until they are closing their site for upgrade.
We have to wait to find out whether they are still paying or not
