How do you think about happiness?

Some said:Happiness is found in putting other's interests?desires and concerns ahead of your own whenever possible.But i don't think so.I though happiness is simple,if you keep your mind open and suck in the experience,if you hurts,you'll feel happy.so it's your turn,how do you think?
