Is myworldplus a scam or the real thing?

I have been receiving several mails regarding myworldplus. Does any one know if it is scam or a legitimate site. Do they pay as promised in emails and advertisements? Is there anyone in mylot who has registered with myworldplus and have received payment? If anyone of you is a member, can you explain what myworldplus is all about?
