Is there any free software to convert from PDF into a word document?

I have this document that i opened and it's in acrobat and i would like to open it in word to edit the content. Any free software that possible to convert it?

ya there are some software which can able to convert file from pdf to word but I don't think that these software are efficent to convert.

yes, i agreed with you. I found that it cannot convert tables to word. After convert all messed out.

If you can't find any, all you have to do is highlight the wanted text, hit ctrl c, and then paste it (ctrl v) into word.
