how often do u get healthy guidence or education?

we know that in japan and many western country there are lessons about how to keep health every week in every community.so how often do u attend these course?if u do not have then how do u get the guidence?

I don't attend any such type of guidance classes....For me my home is a better place to be health conscious...Old people has plethora of experience and they want to share it with their dear and it is always helpful to be with them to learn new things about health management.....
