"Borat" is being sued by the drunk college students that appear in the film

For all that have seen the movie Borat joins a few people from South Carolina fraternity who all get drunk and tell racist/sexist jokes. The college students are now sueing the movie for putting these comments on there because they told them that it was being shown in a different country (was first shown in Canada) and that the producers had gotten them drunk beforehand so they were not "fully themselves."
Do you think the college students are right in sueing or do you think the whole case has no merit?

Nope. I think the case has no merit. They got drunk in front of camera crews! Come on! What, you don't htink someone is going to show what they taped? I think they are trying to save face.

I do not believe so.. I understand them being upset. But when you agreed to be filmed, the chances are it can end up anywhere in anyones hands... I think agreeing to be drunk and filmed is not a good idea for anyone...
