Hi there! I've just chatted with a friend and he told me he wants to propose to his girlfriend of 3 years. She is a common friend of ours before they hooked up. Now he's asking me for some ideas on how to do it...like where and how to do it. I think the girl would just love it if he could come up with some UNIQUE and ROMANTIC idea...any suggestions there please?
P.S. He is not that rich so we may consider some budget constraints...but if you have good stuff there, might as well share it coz we can always improvise :P

That would be wonderful.......I'm not sure..maybe he can take her to any of her favourite restaurents...Order her favourite food, make her feel special. Then toss the ring into her drink when she is not looking or you can ask the waiter to do it beforehand and watch her reaction :)gud luck
