Making bacon

I love bacon when it's made right. Thankfully I've been able to figure out how to do this. I begin by buying bacon that has more meat than fat. I then cook it until there are small, foamy bubbles. You can do this in the oven at 375 degrees for only 15 to 20 minutes or in the microwave for 3 minutes. Then I place it on paper towels to suck up the grease. I also love drizzling it with maple syrup 3 minutes before removing it from the oven. Does anyone know of any ways to make it taste even better?

Nope...doing bacon in the oven is the only way to do it these days! I love it that way because not only do I not have to stand over the stove, but it's easier to drain out the fat to use for other such things. *Pleiades
