THe previously mentioned elance is a good one. I belong to these and get updates on new job offers in my email. odesk, ehow, scriptlance. the one i found is best for me is Ifreelance. I have gotten a ongoing blogging job from that one to blogfor a real fun site. THey are free to sign up at but I remember odesk has you take some tests so providers can see some of your skills.

I recommend elance and getfreelancer..they are great sites.. but you need to have a lot of patience posting your offers or bids.. there are a lot of providers already with a great portfolio....

Helium is a free site for serious writers. Easy to enter, but needs efforts to upgrade. Being a freelance writer for a job, we need prepare ourselves in skills, and in life. Helium provides plenty of writing tips, and advices, and there are a large number of quality articles, for review, and for learning.

I have researched this but I didn't have much luck as a lot of these site either are not legit or they don't pay much. I'm not sure if you're looking to write reviews then I have just the site for you. That site is legit and does pay by paypal. The only thing you that I will ask is to add me as a friend and I will send you the link.
