Smoking is injurious to health and it is also a fact, but stop smoking is not that easy and it needs that much determination, dedication and discipline to quit smoking and if one has all these then he can stop smoking for his own good.
Everyone i know who has quit smoking has used the lozenges. Commit is the brand name and CVS/Walmart/etc have their own generic version although i am told commit tastes the best and has better texture. Depending on how much you smoke the lozenges may be a little pricier at the first but think of the money will save over the rest of your life once do not use any form of nicotine at ll.

It is good to stop smoking when come to health reasons and the world is promoting stop smoking but once you have started it is very to say stop. As you mentioned it take you much of the determination, dedication and discipline to quit smoking why don't some of the smoker apply this in their daily earning. This will make them rich either, then quit smoking. How about this? My opinion only....lol. Happy Mylotting.

I have been a smoker for over 40 years and I know what it is like to quit smoking and
you have no idea if you have not been a smoker. A lozenger would not do it for me.
Also they have to taste awful no matter what anyone says as they have nicotine in them.
I have tried the gum and it tastes awful and burns my throat and stomach. I have tried
laser and hypnosis and the patch and the pill and everything that has ever come out on
the market and nothing has done it for me, YET.
Now I am going to try to quit because I live with my 26 year old daughter that is also
a smoker and she wants to quit so I will try to do it for her. It is all in the mind
and no matter how many different ways you try to quit it won't work unless you have
it in your mind to quit and that is the hard part for me because I still enjoy my smoke
and don't really want to quit. But I am always trying.
