Hi friend, I am not much in bag collection... hehehhe I love collecting shoes than bags though I have some bags but mostly given to me, I just bought a couple. As of now I have more than 20 pairs of shoes and I will collect more. I have given out some of it to my sister. I like shoes more than bags. My hubby told me that I am like Imelda Marcos who has a collection of shoes.. hahahah He knows Imelda Marcos.. anyway, he doesn't care if I will buy shoes, he doesn't even ask what did I buy in that store where I go? hahahah he just look at my shoe rack and commented I'm like Imelda..

Hi kenchi! I have 5 bags with me and I also have few bags back home. I have 2 big shoulder bags that I use when I travel and 2 regular size that I normally use in casual days and a small one.

I have one purse which I rearely carry. I have a nasty habit of sitting it down while looking at things and walking off without it. The only thing I usually take with me is my checkbook and that stays with me at all times. [b]~~AT PEACE WITHIN~~ **STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS**[/b]

I love bags more than shoes. I only have three pairs of shoes but I have many bags. My husband loves to buy bags for me everytime he travels. Bags are mostly his gifts for me because he knows that I love bags.

Hi kenchiprincess. I love bags more than shoes. But I don't really have too plenty of them. I think I just have a total of 10 bags. It's different bags. I have back pack, shoulder bag, hand bag, body bag. I don't care what type of bag it is as long as I find it simple and yet awesome, I would like to buy it. I just wonder, why most woman really love shoes and bag.

My partner loves bags and shoes. I think it is something that is just part of any women’s nature and is something I dont't question anymore I would never see anything that she enjoys a waste of money, once she is happy that is all I am concerned about. I have my vices and she has hers, Just like we all do. So whatever you enjoy in life is ok in my book

When I was younger I use to enjoy lots of different hand bags, but for the last 10 years I only have this one bag and it is perfect for me! It is like a medium cluch, tan swade, several zipper parts and pockets and holds lots of things, and still looks brand new, so what else do I need? Nothing else! By the way, I got it at the Goodwill for only 1 dollar yet it looks very expensive!

I prefers not to say how many, as I am a nut when it comes to shoes and bags. I like to have bags and shoes in the same color. Or in the color of whatever I am wearing. I know this trend is an old one but it has always been like this since I was little. I guess I picked that up from my Mom, God bless her. To this day she has to have matching shoes and bags. Who would have thought she would still be so picky when in her middle 90's? I even found a sporty looking bag that matches my tennis shoes. They range in many different sizes but all hold quite a lot. Each one has to have many compartments to hold check book, credit cards and a few other items. I look at having many bags like men do with ties. You can never have too many.

Good discussion, because this is one of them topics that have me thinking LOL. I know I have 8 that I have unpacked. I do have 2 more boxes full of purses, pocketbook, & wallets that are still packed up. I have my eye on 3 more bags that I want to purchase from my job.(They are so sexy)but in total I think I have over 40 and I'm still buying and making more all colors shape and sizes.

Hi there, Well I think it's ok for woman collecting handbags as long as they can control their purchase It's still ok if they buy one bag every several months, but if they buy a bag every month, now that's a problem I'm not married or have a girlfriend right now, but sometimes I buy my mom and my sister a bag Some bags can make a woman look for feminine Actually I also get myself some bags, like a duffle bag for gym, and some small messager bags It's kinda annoying whenever I went outside, I always bring my wallet, two cellphones, my house key, my room and drawer key ( I always lock them whenever I go out ), my car key, a pack of tissue, and a camera you cannot put them all in your jeans pocket right? I really love bags too x I don't have a favorite style or colour but which I use or buy depends on the occasion it will be used for or the outfit/shoes. My 11 yr old is also beginning to get the bug & is slowly collecting mine out of my room!! x Mrsl x

i got more than 5 bags...i like collecting them eventhough i dont really use. i do feel it is a waste of money but i dont no i just get so tempted to buy them especially the one with cute design and unique.

I do not really intentionally collect bags. It just so happen that most of my bags are of good quality and so they accumulate. Right now, I have around 20 bags in my closet. They are of different kinds, I've got two big shoulder bags, three mini bags for formal occasions, two knapsacks, two mailman bags/sling bags, four hand bags, three pouch bags, a few bags I could not categorize what they are. These does not include my four luggage bags of different sizes, hand carry bags for travel and my four laptop bags and my sports bag (I've got around 5 of these and a tennis bag)

I feel that women collecting bags is a common thing and they just want bags which have different designs. i think they collect bags so that they can take one of them on different occasions and that they have a variety so no more boring same bags all the time.

I love handbags or purses! I have quite a few. Some of my favorite designers are Coach and Vera bradley. www.verabradley.com which show you the great patterns that Vera offers. I'm actually going to purchase another bag there tomorrow. I unfortunately don't have any pictures of my handbags on my computer right now or I'd show you!

Most ladies loves to collect bags and most of the time we wanted it to be paired with our outfit for the day. For me it's not bad to collect bags as it is one of the ways we can express ourselves. I think it is in woman's nature to like bags same with the shoes. If it is in our budget, well I think it's not waste of money, it just rewarding ourselves for a long days of work and make ourselves happy and contented. *wink*

I have one purse. I don't like spending a lot of money on "accessories" and I don't need to color coordinate with my purse. I guess everyone needs a hobby, but "collecting" accessories never became one of mine.

Hi Kenchiprincess! this is a very interesting discussion.I love collecting bags too, especially if its a messenger type bag a shoulder bag ,backpack bags, pouches, and wallets too.and aside from collecting bags i love collecting fashion accessories too i love to collect beaded bracelets, watches, earrings, necklaces and other fashion accessory.I am into those collections rather than buying or collecting shoes or clothes because clothes and shoes won't fit you if you won't use them often or if especially you gained weight clothes you bought from the other year won't probably fit you.that's why i collect all those things.I can stand a day without having to buy a new clothes or shoes but I can't help myself from shopping for bag,watches,accesories even online especially multiply.com heheheh..=)

love to collect different kinds of bags. with matching clothes and jeans. with shoes too. love to be at my best everytime i go out, with beautiful accesories on it.... Having great time to be at ur best outfit.
