You will lose a lot when you quit your job.. Well, I am an active member of Odek and elance and used to think that I should quit my job and just work at home..I earned 100+ dollars from Odesk, but the thing is the job is not regular. If your assignment has ended then you would again look for a buyer..You also need to have a portfolio and take a lot of skill test to establish your competency.. most buyers don't trust the NEWBIES..One thing more, there are a lot of Odesk providers already and those that has the most portfolio's and skills are the priority of buyer....
