Do you look for cans in the trash? Like at work, at mini marts, in other people trash or dumpters? I do look for cans in the trash cans at work. Lots of students throw them out! Sometimes if the trash is high in the dumpsters and I see cans I dig for them! When I'm at the mini mart I do go throw thr trash cans outside looking for cans. I hate seeing money being thrown awy and our landfills becoming fuller for no reason! Last year cans were up to 55 cents a pound. Today thanks to the economy price is down to 20 cents a pound! I don't care! I'm doing something good and make alitte money at it!

Yes I do recycle the cans! I get a big plastic bag from the recycling center and when it is full I take it in! Thanks for the response!

I find cans where ever I can and save them. When someone throws out a can It is like someone throwing away money to me. A penney saved is a penny earned and they do add up.

Yeah, there usually is a lot of empty cans, and some partially full ones, laying around my neighborhood. Some people can be pigs, throwing garbage all over the place and in parks. It's not that difficult to find additional cans. Unfortunately, the demand for recycle metals has really dropped off. The amount given per pound of aluminum cans has been significantly reduced. I take fewer trips down to the recyclers now.
