What do you think Yoga is better than Aerobics?

I personally prefer yoga to aerobics. With yoga there is less risk of straining something and getting injured in some way. Yoga is good for stretching your muscles, I have noticed my calves are getting more tones and in shape. I love it. I am working on my core muscles right now cause I want to get rid of this little belly pouch i have LOL.

I personally like yoga better - i find that After completing a 20-30 minute session of yoga i feel better, healthier and i feel relaxed. I have found that since starting to do yoga i have lost weight (i was losing weight using an elliptical trainer too but now i do both) but I'm also more flexible, have better posture and relaxed.
I have read that aerobics is more geared to cardiovascular endurance, both exercises use different muscles. You might find that you can do a 1 hr session of aerobics but have a hard time to begin with completing even 20 minutes of yoga because of the different muscles used.
I dont really like Aerobics like are done on tv or in gym classes I'd rather just use an elliptical trainer to do my cardio.
