My son is getting lower bonus because of the decreasing sales. In such special time, I believe the trade union has to take a realistic approach to keep the business running. Some are accepting lowering their subsidies and allowances, to help a bit. At least it is better than losing job.

I'm still paid the same hourly wage, but I'm working fewer hours than I used to. The company I work for is in a labor crunch, and the corporate office has decided to issue a wage freeze, too. Nobody will get raises until the wage freeze is lifted. I can't complain too much about the wage freeze, but I'm very disgusted with the number of hours I'm scheduled for recently. It's not just about the money, either. I'm a department manager, and I'm having a lot of trouble keeping on top of things when I'm being scheduled for less than 30 hours a week.

Yeah, they're cutting hours right now that resulted in my lower salary.

Hi there. Well, since we're payed a fixed salary and rarely are paid for overtime hours worked, I'd say that my salary is basically the same.

our salary did not lower down in the economy recession. but the increasement is very low. and on the other hand we have the risk to lose our job.
