My girlfriend was in your mentioned situation. She was unsatisfactory her current job. So,She want to quit the job. I agree.
we are not at the same city. She will try to find a new job at my city. We know it may be difficult to find a good job at current economic situation. But she will have enought time to improve English and learn more about her major.

I think I will stay under such condition, it is not easy to get a new job outside currently and no job is happy to do now. Most company laid off lots of workers and the workers remaining need to overcome workloads 3 to 4 times more than before.

These days, stick with what you got. The only exception to that is if it's a part time job, or with your hours, you can still look for a job, or you're young and you are living with your parents. Other than that, I would never quit a job unless you have another job for sure lined up.

This is a tough decision to make but if you ask me, I would say go for it. As long as your not happy in your work, management, work environment and your salary, I think that leaving your current job makes sense. But make sure that you already have job waiting for you because many people already lost their jobs due to this global crisis and most of them are hoping that they are on the same foot as yours. Just decide wisely. Cheers :-)
