Are video games good for you???

I think video games are good as well as time waste. In my experience i found out that video games improve skills such as "think out of the box". They all so improve hand to eye coordination. But anything in excessive is not good they will get addicted. I have also read in the local newspapers that a study was conducted on the same topic and children who played video game were more creative than the others .

Well,I think video games develops concentration and will power to try again and again.They help our kids to sit continously in a place which would help them in future to sit on a work for hours.But we have to see them not get addicted.Cheers!
