Update on my change savings. I started to get worried about having the cash in the home so I emptied the jug and took it to the bank. A grand total of 589 dollars and change...too much in some rolls. Took me half the night to get it all sorted out only to watch the lady at the bank run around looking tor the key and asked the question...is the machine broken? She dumped all the coins out of the rolls and into a basket. That stuff was heavy too. Good thing I had 161 in bills. Wow. I was able to save up that just buy not spending the change and dropping a few bills and all , well...most of my survey checks into my jug. No charge if change amount is under $200. I will just cash in monthly or every other month. I've gotten crazy with this and I must say....I like it. Has anyone else started their 'keep the change jar/jug? I've found that it adds up fast and you don't even miss it.
