Recent i heard unawares the song from her.Not only the rhythm i like, but the contents of the words. If i have a chance to be a boy, actally i really want to,i would like to be anything like a boy, just playing, chatting etc.And i want to stand in another way to watch girls.Guess how the boy thinking about girls, that`s must be amazing.Though i want to be a boy,i understand how they become a real man so difficult, they have a lot to carry-the responsibility, family ,baby, job, etc. So i just wanna to be oneday. That`s enough.

Well, it's not really sexist except for the part "you're JUST a boy". I think that line should be given some thoughts.

Hmmm the song is really okay for me, it talks about being a boy for one day and giving importance to the girl who really loves you and ofcourse you know how that girl feels since you are a girl yourself lol....It is an okay song for me though...I hope beyonce would be more productive in her songs in the future hehehehe.

I'm not really a fan of the song. Although lyrically it's much better than her previous efforts, it's very easy to forget. It's not that kind of song that can be established along with Bee. "Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)" is a better first single.

I think the message when you watch the video is what I like the most. In the video it shows the way men treat their women going out flirting with other women and acting like its no big deal. So then it shows in the video how it would be if the woman switched shoes with the guy and how the guy would feel then. It is a really pretty song to just the lyrics but the video makes it that much better. I love it!

Yes. I love that song. It made you stop and reflect for awhile. I'm a girl and I have to say the song has some really good message. It's not really sexist or whatsoever, It's like getting into a commitment maturely.I love the song. The End!:)

Hi. noquite0325. I would never want to be a boy. This song that Beyonce sung was very sad. It talks about how badly a guy treats his woman. Which they do. Men can be so shallow at times, until it leaves a woman speechless. She sung this song to let women and men know how men can actually treat a woman when she is in love with them. Men seem to take women for granted and a woman still stands by him. If I was created as a boy, I could never do my lady wrong the way that some of these men in this world does.

Hello noquite0325! I have heard that song to radio stations and I actually like it. I also like the message of the song. But I don't want to be a boy though. I am happy for what I am today.
