How can I deal with ulcers

How can one deal with ulcers, what are the food and drink to take, and what kind of work should one do or avoid.

Hey there! First, if you think you have an ulcer, see a doctor before taking any medicine. It is dangerous to take any medicine without the doctors prescription. But, I think to avoid having an ulcer is to eat at the right time and don't let your hunger pass. Also avoid drinking any soda or drinks that contain acids when you are hungry. It is bad and will cause to progress ulcer. Eat well. Have a nice day. Happy posting!!

Thanks very much, I have been taking Soda and now knows that it increases ulcers infections. Thanks again for your advice

I do appreciate your response, see my Doctors is just one of the answers available yet this is one obvious answers which I have done already, I needed other way to deal with this disease rather that going to a doctor. Still I do appreciate your answer. It is helpful, thanks
